My passion is to help people shift their goals from dream to reality and live a life that truly fulfills them.  My Professional Coaching business is based out of Barrie, Ontario and I work with people across Canada and the US.

For 13 years, I have been working with individuals and groups in my community to create positive changes. My healthcare background as a Registered Dietitian along with my training as a Certified Professional Coach combine to provide a refreshing approach to creating change. 
 
I love listening to peoples' challenges and co-creating strategies and tools to help them navigate towards what they really want.   I start with my clients wherever they are at and help them make meaningful changes that lead to more fulfilled living. 

I am especially passionate about working with women throughout the years of early parenthood while managing a career as well!
I help women successfully navigate the complexities of career and motherhood with greater fulfillment.
After working as a Registered Dietitian and community nutrition expert for over a decade, I opened my own Professional Coaching practice.  My many years of experience in prenatal, child and family nutrition along with my personal experience as the mother of two thriving boys combine to provide a sincere and authentic approach that resonates deeply with women and mothers. I have been, and am still in, the trenches of parenthood and have lived through many adventures including relocating with my family to the US for two years. I love connecting with women and supporting them as they diligently work towards their goals and aspirations.
